Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

The reception is open every day 08:00 - 22:00.

Check-in from 16:00 for all accommodation, or from 12:00 for the pitches.

Check-out by 10:00 for all accommodation, or by 12:00 for the pitches.

If checking out later, payment will be required the evening before departure. If arriving outside of the opening hours, the security staff will be there for check-in.

Required documents

Everyone staying in the village must be registered upon arrival, so valid identity documents are required for each person. At check-in, EU citizens need to show their identity card, and non-EU citizens need to show their passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

If you are travelling with your pet, please let us know at the time of booking and bring the relevant documents and vaccination certificates with you.

Rental supplements

At the reception you can rent:
• Additional sets of towels (€4)
• Bed linen (€4 for single beds and €8 for double beds)

Water park opening dates

The pools are open every day from 22 April to 19 September.

Parking is free inside the village and in the spaces provided near the mobile homes.

Pet friendly

Four-legged friends are allowed in all accommodations, except for the Safari Tent.

If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional €60 payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning. For the pitches, there is no extra fee to bring your pet with you.

Facilities for the disabled

For guests with physical impairments, there are accommodations and public toilets with easy access.

Sport facilities and play areas

Inside the village you'll find two tennis courts, a football pitch, table tennis tables and a playground. The water park also has slides and games for the little ones.

Quiet hours

The village has quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00. It is not possible to drive your car on site between those times.


An ATM is available in the village.

The Infopoint is open every day 16:00 - 21:00, 24 April 2021 - 19 September 2021.

Accommodation cleaning

Initial cleaning is included in the price. Each additional clean costs €25.

If pets stay at the accommodation, an additional end-of-stay cleaning fee of €60 is required.


Barbecues are only permitted using the gas stoves supplied with the accommodations that provide them. For more information, please check the details of each accommodation.
